Web Designer

You will become an integral part of our existing digital team; working alongside web developers and designers to create appealing websites and app designs that engage visitors and improve conversions. Designs are then built using HTML5 and CSS3 whilst being SEO optimised to ensure maximum performance in search. We also frequently run online promotions which requires creating advertisement banners to recapture the attention of returning visitors.

For any applicants without HTML5/CSS3 experience; this is a great opportunity to learn from the best!

Previous experience designing websites is preferred, but is not essential as suitable in-house training is available for the right candidate.

Required Skills

  • Design creativity, imagination and innovation
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
  • An interest in emerging technologies and new media, particularly digital trends and industry best practices
  • Previous experience of designing/developing UI for websites/apps would be advantageous
  • An understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 beneficial but not essential
  • The ability to produce visual ideas and concepts based on the brief provided and within the timeframe required
  • The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously without compromising the design integrity of individual projects
  • The ability to create eye-catching and innovative designs suitable for today’s online audience
